As a demonstration of our confidence in our educational methodology and career support services, we offer both a Money-Back Guarantee and a Job Guarantee for eligible programs. These guarantees reflect our commitment to excellence and our results-driven approach.
IMPORTANT: Our Job Guarantee is only legally enforceable and applicable to learners who are Australian citizens, permanent residents studying within Australia or Australian Residents for Tax purposes within Australia at the time of claim.

This pre-enrolment evaluation is fundamental to maintaining the integrity and effectiveness of our guarantee framework.
2. Program Eligibility and Selection
2.1 Selective Entry Programs
Our Job Ready Tracks operate on a selective entry basis. CyLynk reserves the absolute and unreviewable right to decline admission to any individual or entity whom we determine, at our sole discretion, does not meet the program requirements or possess the necessary qualifications for successful completion.
2.2 Assessment Criteria
Eligibility determinations may include, but are not limited to, assessment of:
• Technical background and aptitude
• Professional experience and career trajectory
• Commitment level and availability
• English language proficiency
• Legal right to work in Australia (for Job Guarantee programs)
3. Money-Back Guarantee
3.1 Cooling-Off Period
If you are not satisfied with the program quality within the first fourteen (14) calendar days of enrolment ("Cooling-Off Period"), you may request a full refund of tuition fees paid.
3.2 Excluded Costs
The following costs are non-refundable and will be deducted from any refund:
• Certification examination fees
• Government taxes and statutory charges
• Processing and administrative fees
• Third-party service costs
• Materials or resources already accessed or downloaded
3.3 Refund Processing
Approved refunds will be processed within thirty (30) business days of written request and verification of eligibility.
4. Job Guarantee
4.1 Guarantee Scope
CyLynk guarantees that eligible learners who successfully complete our designated Job Ready Track programs will secure employment in a relevant cybersecurity role within the specified timeframe, subject to the conditions outlined herein.
4.2 Eligibility Requirements
4.2.1 Academic Requirements
• Successfully complete all prescribed learning modules, assessments, tasks, projects, and assignments within designated timeframes
• Achieve minimum performance standards as defined in the program curriculum
• Obtain any required certifications within the specified study timeline
4.2.2 Participation Requirements
• Attend all scheduled mentoring sessions, career development workshops, community networking events, and support sessions
• Not exceed five (5) absences from coaching sessions throughout the program duration
• Maintain consistent communication with CyLynk staff and respond to requests within forty-eight (48) hours
4.2.3 Career Search Requirements
• Actively engage with our career support team during the designated one-month intensive career coaching period immediately following program completion
• Apply for a minimum of five (5) relevant cybersecurity positions per week for twenty (20) consecutive weeks post-program completion
• Provide documented evidence of all job applications, including application confirmations and employer responses
• Implement CyLynk's recommended Personal Branding Strategies to ensure market visibility
• Demonstrate professionalism throughout the job search process, including interview attendance and appropriate follow-up communications
• Accept suitable job offers when presented (suitable offers defined as roles aligned with program outcomes and market-rate compensation)
4.2.4 Compliance Requirements
• Complete all assigned tasks and projects within specified deadlines
• Adhere to all payment obligations and terms
• Maintain compliance with CyLynk's Code of Conduct and all program policies
5. Payment Terms and Consequences
5.1 Instalment Payment Obligations
For learners utilising instalment payment plans, strict adherence to payment schedules is required.
5.2 Default and Termination
If a learner misses two (2) or more instalment payments, CyLynk reserves the right to immediately terminate the agreement with no refund of fees paid. This termination will result in:
• Immediate loss of access to all program materials and resources
• Forfeiture of Job Guarantee eligibility
• No entitlement to refund of any fees previously paid
6. Refund Calculation and Terms
6.1 Refund Eligibility
If all eligibility criteria are satisfied and no job offer is secured within five (5) months following completion of the intensive career coaching period, CyLynk will provide a partial refund as calculated below.
6.2 Refund Amount
The refund will be calculated as total tuition paid minus:
• Government taxes and statutory charges
• Certification and examination fees
• Processing, administrative, and service fees
• Costs of personalised add-on services already delivered
• Reasonable administrative costs (not exceeding 10% of tuition)
6.3 Refund Processing
Approved refunds will be processed within thirty (30) business days following verification of all requirements and completion of necessary documentation.
7. Breach and Termination Provisions
7.1 Material Breach
CyLynk reserves the right to immediately terminate a learner's Job Guarantee status and program enrolment if the learner is found to be in material breach of:
• These Terms and Conditions
• The Job Ready Track contract
• CyLynk's Code of Conduct
• Any other program-related agreement
7.2 Examples of Material Breach
Material breaches include, but are not limited to:
• Failure to complete assigned tasks on five (5) or more occasions
• Providing false or misleading information during application or throughout the program
• Harassment or inappropriate conduct towards staff, mentors, or other learners
• Violation of intellectual property rights
• Non-payment of fees as specified in Section 5
7.3 Consequences of Termination
Upon termination for breach, the learner:
• Forfeits all rights to refunds
• Loses access to all program materials and ongoing support
• Remains liable for any outstanding fees or costs
8. Exclusions and Limitations
8.1 Program Scope
This guarantee applies exclusively to learners enrolled in programs explicitly designated as "Job Guarantee Eligible" or "Job Ready Track" programs.
8.2 Excluded Circumstances
The guarantee does not apply to learners who:
• Voluntarily withdraw from the program
• Fail to meet minimum participation or performance standards
• Are terminated for breach of conduct or policy violations
• Provide false information during the application process
• Are unable to legally work in Australia
8.3 Force Majeure
CyLynk's obligations under this guarantee are suspended during any period where performance is prevented by circumstances beyond our reasonable control, including but not limited to natural disasters, government actions, pandemics, or technological failures.
9. Learner Responsibilities and Commitments
9.1 Shared Accountability
This guarantee framework is predicated on shared responsibility between CyLynk and the learner. While we commit to providing exceptional education and support, learners must demonstrate equal commitment to their success.
9.2 Mandatory Commitments
Learners must:
• Maintain proactive engagement in all learning activities
• Take ownership of their professional development journey
• Strive for excellence in all program components
• Communicate regularly and transparently with CyLynk staff
• Adhere to all specified timelines and deadlines
• Comply with all program policies and procedures
10. General Provisions
10.1 Amendment Rights
CyLynk reserves the right to modify these Terms and Conditions at any time. However, material changes will not apply retroactively to existing enrollments unless required by law or regulation.
10.2 Severability
If any provision of these Terms is found to be unenforceable, the remainder shall remain in full force and effect.
10.3 Governing Law
These Terms and Conditions are governed by the laws of Victoria, Australia. Any disputes will be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the Victorian courts.
10.4 Entire Agreement
These Terms, together with the program-specific contract and Code of Conduct, constitute the entire agreement between the parties.

12.1 Learner Acknowledgment
By enrolling in a CyLynk program covered by this guarantee, you acknowledge that you have:
• Read and understood these Terms and Conditions in their entirety
• Had the opportunity to seek independent legal advice
• Agreed to be bound by all provisions contained herein
