What’s included in each subscription tier?
Each tier is designed to match your goals and experience level.Freemium - 5 hours of LynkLab access per month, selected free modules and courses, and tier-3 VPN.
Starter - 30 hours of LynkLab access per month, unlimited modules and courses, standard lab machines, shared lab environment, and tier-2 VPN.
Pro - Unlimited LynkLab access per month, all content including IoT/ICS and Lynk VulnNet, high-capacity machines, dedicated lab environment, tier-1 VPN, and early access to new releases.
Enterprise - Built for teams, with full platform access, management tools, reports, and custom pricing based on organisational needs.
Can I switch between monthly and annual plans?
Yes. You can upgrade or change your plan at any time. When you switch, your next billing cycle will reflect the new plan and rate automatically. You will gain access to the next features immediately when you switch.
Is there a free option or trial?
Yes. You can join the Freemium Tier at no cost. It gives you access to selected learning content, community Discord server, and limited lab time – perfect to explore before upgrading.
Do you offer refunds?
Subscriptions can be cancelled at any time before your next payment. Because you receive full access immediately upon payment, we don’t offer refunds for partial periods. Your access remains active until the end of your current billing cycle.
What happens if I cancel my subscription?
You’ll keep full access until the end of your billing period. After that, your account will revert to the Freemium Tier, and any progress or saved work will remain in your profile for future access.
How often is new content added?
We release new modules, labs, and updates regularly. As a subscriber, you’ll always have access to the latest material. Pro members also receive early access to new releases.
Can I use CyLynk on my phone or offline?
Currently, CyLynk is best accessed via a laptop or desktop browser. An active internet connection is required for labs and learning content.
Can I share my account with someone else?
Each subscription is for individual use only. Enterprise plans are available for teams that want shared management and reporting. Contact our team for enterprise access: sales@cylynk.com
