Equip360 addresses the digital skills gap in regions like Papua New Guinea, parts of Africa, and Fiji by providing globally recognised cybersecurity training and certifications.
Our mission is twofold:
- To open doors to high-demand careers for individuals in underserved and untapped communities
- To help close the global cybersecurity skill shortage
Learners access heavily subsidised training—funded by revenue from CyLynk’s other programs or a complete scholarship from our corporate sponsors and partners—ensuring long-term sustainability. By equipping people with job-ready skills, Equip360 creates new pathways out of poverty, transforming individual lives and strengthening local economies.

H@ck4G00d: Turning the Tide on Cybercrime
Transforming Cybercrime into Cyber Careers in West Africa
The H@ck4G00d initiative is CyLynk's direct response to the rise of cybercrime networks in Africa, particularly online fraud, identity theft, and sexual extortion that exploit vulnerable populations. We recognise that many drawn into these networks come from disadvantaged backgrounds with limited economic opportunities.
Through our annual Purple Teaming CTF competition and biennial awareness tours to at-risk locations including universities, H@ck4G00d creates dual awareness. We highlight both cybercrime consequences and legitimate career opportunities for at-risk individuals and former perpetrators. These attack-and-defend events demonstrate that malicious skills can be channeled into ethical, well-compensated cybersecurity careers.
By partnering with industries, governments, and corporations, we're building sustainable pathways from cybercrime to cyber-defense. This comprehensive approach reduces cybercrime appeal while promoting ethical careers that restore trust in digital ecosystems and support regional development.

We deliver accessible AI and cybersecurity awareness programs to vulnerable individuals and communities—helping them recognise, prevent, and respond to cyber threats. Our goal is to build grassroots digital resilience and reduce the impact of online crime on those most at risk.
