Is there a free option or trial?

Yes. We offer a 14-day free trial on our Pro plan. Our Impact tier also provides a low-cost entry point starting from $2.

What happens if I cancel my subscription?

You’ll keep full access until the end of your billing period. After that, your account will revert to limited access, but your progress and saved work will remain in your profile.

Can I switch between monthly and annual plans?

Yes. You can upgrade or change your plan at any time. When you switch, your next billing cycle will reflect the new plan and rate automatically. You will gain access to the next features immediately when you switch.

Do you offer refunds?

Starter, Pro, and Enterprise plans include a 14-30 day money-back guarantee. Impact tier contributions are non-refundable as they directly fund our global mission.

How often is new content added?

We release new modules, labs, and updates regularly. As a subscriber, you’ll always have access to the latest material. Pro and Enterprise members also receive early or beta access to new releases.
